Shebara a 7* Resort LEED Platinum resort exemplifies uber luxury; a harmonious blend of modern innovation and the untouched natural beauty reflecting the coastal surroundings. From the early stages of development, the vision was clear: to use sustainable materials that enhance the aesthetics of a world-class luxury resort and complement the pristine landscape in tone and texture.
Solution
The Client selected EcoMatPro® and KodeK® decking to achieve their vision. The project integrated KodeK® flex weave decking with pre-drilled KodeK® flex weave subframe joists. KodeK® was selected for the superior technical specifications and a strong eco-friendly, sustainable bias. The EcoMatPro engineering team integrated acoustic buffers into the decking design, mitigating buggy noise. Our unique Desert Hue palette delivered exceptional visual elegance, carefully matched to echo the natural hues of the environment, creating a seamless connection between man-made and natural elements. KodeK® has exceeded durability and performance expectations in a demanding coastal climate.
